Job Description
工作描述:
Timely process the warranty claims for the dealers in assigned service territory.
及时处理指定服务区域内经销商的索赔案件。
Providing technical support and training to our dealers and keep improving the service ability of dealers.
对经销商和客户进行技术支持和技术培训,持续提高经销商的服务水平。
Providing professional telephone support to our online and offline end users' questions.
对于线上和线下用户的疑问提供专业,耐心的电话解答。
Be responsible for the 5S work in the workshop, keep it clean and well organized.
负责维修工作室的5S管理,保持工作室的整洁有序。
Be a good team worker and timely support other departments of company.
好的团队合作者,及时专业地协助公司其他部门工作。
Record daily work and timely report to supervisor and actively complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
记录每日工作及时汇报给主管,积极完成主管交办的其他任务。
Job Qualification
任职要求:
College degree or above majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.
电子、机械类工科专业专科及以上学历。
Basic English ability, can read English technical manual.
基本的英语能力要求,可以看懂英文技术手册。
Strong hands-on ability, being honest, hard-working and willing to take responsibility.
动手能力强,为人诚恳,勤奋,有责任心。
Capable of using Microsoft office software, Word, Excel, PPT.
会使用Word,PPT,Excel 办公软件。
Willing to frequent travel, experience on after sales service or repairing related work is preferred. Living in Chengdu is also preferred.
能适应经常出差,有售后服务或维修经验者优先,常住成都者优先考虑。

You will be in Headquarter (Taicang, Jiangsu) taking technical training for 3 to 6 months.
到岗后要太仓总部进行3到6个月技术培训
