Job Description
工作描述:

  1. Establish and consolidate of the relationship with the dealers in region. Formulate the plan of sales and marketing development, achieve sales target.
    建立和巩固区域内经销商的合作关系,制定销售和市场开发计划,完成销售目标。
  2. Be responsible for product promotion and live demonstration.
    负责产品的推广和现场演示。
  3. Be familiar with local market, and the requirements of dealers and end-users.
    了解当地市场,掌握经销商及最终用户需求。
  4. Collecting the information of the competitors.
    搜集竞争对手信息。
  5. Run the new product launch effectively and product promotion unscheduled.
    有效执行新产品上市和不定期的产品促销活动。
  6. Maintain the existing dealers and sales network. Develop and updated dealers' network in region. Regularly check the product stork of dealers, in order to keep a reasonable level. Be responsible for the collection of accounts receivable from dealers in the region.
    维护现有经销商及销售网络,开发和更新区域内的经销商网络。定期检查经销商的产品库存,使之保持合理水平,负责区域内经销商应收账款的回收。
  7. Support Marketing Dept. to set up the brand image of the company.
    配合公司市场部门建立公司的品牌形象。
  8. Ensure the dealers to compliance with all law and regulation of government and the company which refer to sales.
    确保经销商遵守所有政府和公司的关于销售的法规和制度。
  9. Other task assigned by the line manager.
    上级所安排的其它工作任务要求。

 

Job Qualification
任职要求:

  1. College degree or above.
    大专以上学历。
  2. Have over 3 years' related working experience. The experience of garden, forestry product or tool is preferred.
    具有3年以上销售工作经验,有园林、林业产品或工具行业销售经验者优先。
  3. Familiar with MS office software skill.
    能够熟练使用常用办公软件。
  4. Can bear the hardship and traveling.
    能够吃苦耐劳,适应出差生活。
  5. Having a driving license above C1.
    有C1以上驾照。
